Grand Victoria Building

Grand Victoria is a hybrid building located in the Calderón neighborhood, north of Quito, Ecuador. Taking advantage of its three facades, the design explores the views offered by the surrounding environment, connecting residents with the topography and surrounding landscape. The ground floor houses commercial spaces that serve both residents and the neighborhood, fostering community life and boosting the local economy. The upper floors feature affordable and efficient apartments, designed to maximize the use of space and reduce urban sprawl, thus contributing to environmental protection.
